VRC starts with hands-on operational and financial consulting for independent property owners, and leaves you equipped with VRC PMS — our own operations platform, built to work alongside whichever booking platform you already use — to run things day-to-day long after the engagement ends.
Pricing and Engagement Tiers
Basic — Booking Platform Setup
R3,500 – R5,500, once-off
- What's included:
- Audit of current listing(s) across booking platforms
- Configuration and connection of NightsBridge, Booking.com, and/or Airbnb
- Calendar sync setup across channels
- Listing content and photo-placement review
- One follow-up session to confirm everything's working correctly
- Estimated scope: 8-12 hours
- Billing structure: Flat project fee, payable on completion or 50% upfront/50% on delivery
Standard — Consulting + VRC PMS
R12,000 – R18,000 once-off setup fee
- What's included:
- Operational audit (housekeeping, staff structure, guest experience touchpoints)
- Custom SOP (standard operating procedure) development
- One staff training session
- Budget and cost-control review
- Full VRC PMS setup: staff accounts, unit configuration, NightsBridge integration
- 30 days of post-launch support
- Estimated scope: 25-40 hours of consulting work, plus PMS setup
- Ongoing PMS hosting/support (separate, since this is software, not just consulting time): R1,500 – R2,500/month
- Billing structure: Setup fee upfront (or split into two milestones), then a small recurring PMS fee
VRC Partner — Ongoing Partnership
R2,500 – R5,000/month retainer
- What's included:
- Monthly consulting check-in (call or on-site visit)
- Continued VRC PMS support and updates
- Priority response for operational issues
- Website build or refresh available as an add-on (delivered via Jump Start Web Design, billed separately)
- Estimated scope: 4-8 hours/month
